You are registering as a clinician who is using Geneticure on behalf of patients.

Please note, Geneticure kits are not yet approved for:
  • People under the age of 18, and
  • Residents of New York
What password should I use?

Your password should be:

  • At least 8 characters.
  • Not be all numbers.
  • Different from your other information. For example, your password can't be your name.
  • Not one of the 20,000 most common passwords, such as "password", "abcd1234", and "qwertyui".

Your provider ID

Most countries require every healthcare provider to register for a unique ID number — for example, an NPI number in the US. We use this to make sure each provider is properly licensed.
